A Swing for Service: Tax Commissioner’s 3rd Annual "Beat the Pros" Golf Tournament
In October, 2025, the fairways were filled with purpose, camaraderie, and community spirit as we proudly hosted the Tax Commissioner’s 3rd Annual Beat the Pros Golf Tournament. What began as a creative way to bring people together has grown into a signature event that blends friendly competition with meaningful community impact.
More Than a Game
The Beat the Pros Golf Tournament is about more than golf—it’s about connection. Golfers of all skill levels joined local professionals on the course for a day of fun, laughter, and light-hearted competition, all while supporting initiatives that uplift and serve our Clayton County community.
Participants had the unique opportunity to test their skills against seasoned pros, creating memorable moments on the course and plenty of bragging rights by the end of the day.
Community, Partnership, and Purpose
This year’s tournament was made possible through the support of our sponsors, partners, volunteers, and players who believe in the power of coming together for a greater cause. Their generosity and enthusiasm helped make the day a true success and reinforced the strong partnerships that continue to move our county forward.
Events like Beat the Pros reflect our shared commitment to service, collaboration, and finding innovative ways to engage the community beyond the walls of government.
A Growing Tradition
Now in its third year, the Beat the Pros Golf Tournament has become an anticipated annual tradition—one that continues to grow in participation, energy, and impact. Each year, we are inspired by the unity, sportsmanship, and genuine support shown by everyone involved.
With Gratitude
Thank you to every golfer who played, every sponsor who supported, and every volunteer who helped make October 8, 2025, a day to remember. Your involvement made a difference and helped turn a great day on the course into a meaningful act of service.
We look forward to building on this momentum and welcoming everyone back for an even bigger and better tournament next year.
